5, The long reach boom include lubricant pipe system, hydraulic system, 1 counter weight with 2.5ton, 1 bucket with 0.6cbm, 1 bucket cylinder, 1 linkage, 6 pins and 4 hoses.
6, Stick cylinder of the long boom use your original stick cylinder, but if you need we prepare the stick cylinder for you, also no problem, we can make it.
7, If you need, we can add extra pipeline for you, to suit some extra application.
8, Our welding was by maual. Welding is protective-gas welding, the protective gas is 80% Argon and 20% CO2 mixed. This is golden standard for protective gas.
9, The main material of this long boom is Q345B + Q690D, the top and bottom cover plate use Q690D, other place use Q345B. Weldox also optional to suit to your application. Pin's material is 42CrMo4.
10.Some parts can be consolidated using thicker plate or overlapping another plate  for heavy-duty application.Â
11, Before welding, we have use big edge milling machine mill(taper process) the edge of the sheet. So the welding can go to the internal of the steel-sheet and make the structure have higher performance.
12, For all base,joint and other main structure of the long boom, we use boring machine adjust the precision after welding, to avoid the welding-stress leading to big tolerance.
13, The manufacture time about 15 days. Warranty time 6 month after installation.
14, We will also supply parts list for the long reach boom, so it's easy for Maintenance and after-sales service.

How do you ensure wheel quality and solved quality problem after sales?
Every wheel is physically tested in compliance with JWL VIA or TUV standard; we have internal small label on the wheel rim and steel stamp for control the wheel's production, Our team ensures the production process at every stage and our QC will inspect each procedure as well. While wheels have quality problems, take photos or videos of the problems and our small label send to us. You can send back the problem goods or we will send our representative for inspection. When we confirm it's our problem, we will cut the same account or send the wheels in the next order.
