Chongqing Ojiang Special Vehicle and Dalian University of Technology jointly develop new products

On July 10th, the first 12 technicians dispatched by Chongqing Dajiang Special Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. went to Dalian University of Technology to jointly develop four-arm 25T and 55T hydraulic truck cranes and 20T and 25T product optimization work.

Chongqing Dajiang Special Vehicles Co., Ltd. has always adhered to the “bringing in and going out” talent training model, and invited foreign experts from Swedish steel company and 3A company to provide guidance and training in technology, lean production, and introduce new technologies and experiences; For the new intake of college students to carry out "nursery project", the establishment of project research topics. On this basis, the company dispatched more than 20 technicians in three batches to Dalian University of Technology in July this year to assume the R&D of booms, turntables, cylinders, and hydraulic systems for hydraulic cranes. They will separately optimize the 20T and 25T cranes and newly develop 4-arm 25T and 55T hydraulic cranes. Among them, the optimization of the 20T and 25T products is mainly from the boom bending, welding process, and the matching of hydraulic systems. The safety of vehicle operation, the solidification of structures and pipelines, and the integration of electrical systems are optimized to improve product quality and optimize product performance and promote the company's production capacity.
