The project developed a large-caliber heat meter standard device, completed the research on the key technologies of the large-caliber heat meter standard device and the application of heat metering practice, and formed a “research report on key technologies of large-caliber heat energy meter standard devices†and “heat metering. The results of the Research Report on the Pilot Charges and the Research Report on the Mathematical Model for the Selection of User Hot Allocation Technologies have completed various tasks as stipulated in the mission statement and have reached the specified technical specifications.
