DSM Launches New Waterborne UV Resin

From June 3rd to 5th, 2008, at the US Coatings Show in Charlotte, USA, DSM NeoResins+ Resins Division launched two new UV-curable waterborne resin products - ReoRad® R-447 and ReoRad® R-448. They can be widely used as the resin binder for industrial wood coatings. DSM NeoResins+ resin has been rigorously complying with VOC environmental regulations in its R&D and production, bringing environmentally friendly and healthy resin products to the global coating industry. After the U.S. coating exhibition, these two products will be officially launched worldwide. In the current high-quality cabinetry, furniture and flooring markets, the demand for water-based UV-curable coating products has been increasing. In particular, UV resins with superior friction and chemical resistance have been favored by wood coating manufacturers. It is also in this market situation, ReoRad? R-447 and ReoRad? R-448 came into being. ReoRad® R-447 and ReoRad® R-448 resins offer superior chemical and stain resistance, and give the coating system excellent rub resistance. Both of the above products are high-end products in the ReoRad resin range.

Inclined plate sediment tank is kind of high efficient combined type settling tank; set many dense inclined tube packing in sediment area, to make the suspended impurity in water sediment, water rise flow along inclined tube, the separated sludge down to the tank bottom along the inclined tube by gravity, then discharge it in concentration. Such tank can improve sediment efficiency 50~60%, it can improve treatment capacity 3~5 times in the same area. It can design different flow rate inclined plate sediment device according to raw waste water test report, it need dose flocculant usually.

Inclined plate sediment water purifier is format by install 60° dip angle inclined tube above the sludge suspended layer, to make the suspended solids or floc alum flower by dosing flocculant accumulate into thin sludge later in inclined tube downside superficial area, slide back to sludge suspended layer rely on gravity, then settling in sludge collecting hopper, discharge into sludge tank by sludge pipe for separate treatment or comprehensive utilization. The supernatant fluid gradually rise to water collecting pipe discharge or reuse.
