Fujian CPPCC members put forward arguments for new energy pilot

Recently, Professor Zhang Muqing, a member of the Fujian Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Professor of the Fujian Lanzhou Scholars Program and Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of Sugarcane Genetics and Breeding of the Ministry of Agriculture, appealed to relevant departments of the Fujian Provincial Government to learn from the advanced experience of developed countries and to develop the bio-energy industry as a A major strategy will be promoted. Fujian Province should strive to be included in the provincial-level pilot development of the biomass industry and the pilot province of fuel ethanol.

It is understood that the cultivated land resources and mineral energy in Fujian Province are quite limited. With the comprehensive promotion of the construction of the economic zone on the west side of the Straits, the consumption of energy will increase rapidly. Energy shortage will be inevitable. However, although Fujian sweet potato, the second largest food crop in Fujian Province, has a relatively small area in recent years, its sugarcane yield and sucrose content are the first in the country, and there are more land suitable for sugar cane production, and the research level also ranks at the leading domestic level, accelerating the development of “green”. "Oilfield" has become a top priority.

According to statistics, petroleum accounts for about one-third of the energy consumption in Fujian Province, and this trend is still rising. From 2000 to 2004, this proportion raised 5.6%. As we all know, Fujian does not produce crude oil. In other words, in the three major components of energy consumption in Fujian Province, 1/3 of the oil relied mainly on external transfers. In 2004, Fujian consumed a total of 5.427 million tons of refined oil.

According to the prediction of experts, the production of fuel ethanol through sugarcane and sweet potato processing and conversion can replace 1 million tons of oil consumption in Fujian.

According to the status quo in Fujian, 1.5 million mu of sweet potato and 600,000 mu of sugar cane can be developed each year to transform and produce fuel ethanol. Every 250,000 mu of sweet potato or 150,000 mu of sugar cane can convert 100,000 tons of fuel ethanol, which can replace 1 million tons of oil.

It is understood that the experts of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University began the research on the development and industrialization of energy sugar cane technology in 1996. Last year, the state organized a check and acceptance that the project has reached the international advanced level. In terms of sweet potato, Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University and Fujian Zhongcheng Group have selected sweet potato varieties suitable for energy production, and established relevant production processes to provide reliable technical assurance for the production of fuel ethanol from sweet potatoes.

Aluminum Briquette Machine

Aluminum scrap metal, in the form of turnings, filings, chips and shavings, is produced every day of production, piling up on the equipment and floor. While aluminum and fluids waste can be costly to dispose of and difficult to reuse without processing, aluminum briquetting allows manufacturers to both eliminate costs and create a new revenue. If your chips are small, then can directly pressed by briquetter, if long, better press after shred.
