1. Measuring medium: liquid, gas, steam. Choose according to the working conditions.
2, measurement accuracy: pressure transmitter as a sensor measurement, signal amplification processing, standard working signal output instrument, the error is unavoidable. Customers can choose according to the requirements of specific working conditions, and can meet the working conditions. Excessive pursuit of high precision, no significant benefit to working conditions, the economic aspect is indeed a big expense.
3. Range selection: It is recommended to use 75% of the pressure transmitter range as the maximum pressure of the working condition. For example, the maximum pressure of the working condition is 75Mpa, and the pressure transmitter with a full scale of 100MPA is selected.
4. Measure the corrosiveness of the medium. Select the contact material of the pressure transmitter according to the corrosiveness of the measured medium. The contact medium of a typical pressure transmitter is made of 316 stainless steel. If the measured medium is not corrosive to 316 stainless steel, then basically all pressure transmitters are suitable for measuring the pressure of the medium. If the measured medium is corrosive to 316 stainless steel, it needs to be chemically sealed to isolate the corrosive medium and prolong its service life.
5. Measure the temperature of the medium. Since high temperature will affect the signal in the pressure transmitter, when using high temperature environment and high temperature medium selection, pay attention to selecting high temperature type and do some processing on the measured medium pipeline. When the accuracy requirement is not high, it can pass. Adding a condensing pipe for pre-cooling treatment, when the precision is high, choose a special high-temperature-resistant pressure transmitter, the price is much higher than the installation of the condenser tube.
6, the output model. Common output models are 0-20MA, 4-20MA, 0-10V, O-5V, etc., and the ordering requirements require remarks to inform the manufacturer.
7, the use of working conditions. Mainly whether it needs explosion-proof treatment, there are intrinsic safety type and explosion-proof type.
