It have functions of switch on protection under 0 voltage,over voltage and over current protection.

DC high voltage test for the power supply department, for example: DC HV withstand and leakage current test in power cables, the conductance current and 1mA reference voltage of magnetic blow out arrester and zinc oxide arrester test.
