According to the Ministry of Commerce's mandatory motor vehicle scrapping standards, vehicles that have not obtained the motor vehicle inspection mark within three consecutive inspection periods after the expiration of the safety technology inspection period are strictly forcibly scrapped. For the yellow-labeled vehicles that have not gone through the deregistration procedures after the mandatory scrapping standards are overdue, they will issue their registration certificates, number plates, and driving licenses for invalidation. The financial support units at all levels in the city shall completely eliminate the yellow-label vehicles under the name, and shall not provide financial support for the yellow bicycles that have not been eliminated. The units that have not eliminated the yellow-label vehicles will not be registered or transferred, transferred out, and eliminated.
