A few days ago, the "Implementation Plan for the Accelerated Elimination of Yellow Label Vehicles in Ningbo City" and the "Implementation Measures for Ningbo City to Encourage Yellow Label Vehicles to Eliminate Government Reward Subsidies" were introduced. Ningbo City will basically phase out yellow-label vehicles in the whole city before the end of 2016.
According to statistics, there are about 115,000 yellow-label vehicles in Ningbo, accounting for 9.3% of the city's car ownership. "According to the calculation, the discharge of pollutants from a yellow-label vehicle is equivalent to the emission level of 28 national vehicles," said Jie Jie, deputy director of the Municipal Motor Vehicle Exhaust Pollution Prevention and Control Management Center.
According to the two policies introduced recently, Ningbo will adopt various measures to speed up the elimination of yellow-label vehicles. For example, if the yellow label car that has been scrapped and dismantled in advance is sent to the legal dismantling factory of the city, the government will grant subsidies according to the corresponding standards; for the yellow-label vehicles that are transferred to other provinces and cities, no subsidy will be granted; The car was transferred in the city.
For vehicles that have been eliminated by scrapping and are more than one year ahead of the mandatory retirement period (vehicles without mandatory retirement years are considered to be eliminated in advance), each vehicle is given a subsidy ranging from 0.2 million to 28,000 yuan.
For the long-distance operation bus of the provincial and municipal fixed-line lines, the large-scale operation bus of the inter-county fixed-class line, the medium-sized operation bus and the container transportation vehicle of the inter-county fixed-class line, if they are eliminated during the subsidy period, they will be added separately on the basis of the unified subsidy standard. Additional subsidies of 50,000 yuan, 20,000 yuan, 10,000 yuan and 3,000 yuan.
That is to say, if a long-distance operation bus of a yellow-label provincial and municipal fixed-line line is eliminated, the highest possible subsidy is 78,000 yuan.
The vehicles that have been applied for phase-out this year will be fully subsidized according to the standards; in the vehicles that were applied for phase-out in 2015 and 2016, the subsidy standards will be gradually reduced by 75% and 50% of the total amount.
The yellow label car will be phased out of subsidy applications in advance, and will be accepted after the Spring Festival holiday this year, and will expire on December 31, 2016.

4. Welding Bar
The rod is sintered by CTC and Ni-based powders.
