Technical efficiency and calculation method of the grinding machine

Grinding operations are particle size preparation operations prior to sorting. The basic task is to avoid drought grinding and under-grinding as much as possible, and to provide the right size to enter the sorting operation. Therefore, when evaluating the quality of the grinding work, it is necessary not only to look at the productivity, but also to check how much the coarse-grained grade in the ore is ground to a qualified particle size, and how much over-grinding, which leads to the concept of grinding technology efficiency.
The definition of grinding technology efficiency: the ratio of the qualified particle size obtained by grinding to the larger than the qualified particle size in the ore-mining minus the ratio of the over-grinded part of the grinding to the un-comminuted part of the ore, expressed as a percentage.

In the formula E effect - grinding technology efficiency,%;
R——the yield of the mill discharge less than the specified maximum size fraction, %;
r 1 - the yield of the mill feedstock that is less than the specified maximum particle size level, %;
r 2 —— the yield of the pulverized part in the mill feed, %;
r 3 —— the yield of the pulverized part in the mill discharge, %.
Seen from the formula above:
1. When r 3 = r 2 , r = 100%, E effect = 100%, which is the ideal optimum state, indicating that all over-sized particles are ground into qualified products without producing over-grinding materials. But this is actually impossible.
2. When r=100%, r 3 =100%, r=r 3 , E effect=0, which means that all the ore is pulverized after grinding, which is not good for sorting. Such grinding is meaningless.
3. When r=r 1 , r 2 =r 3 , E effect=0, at this time, the grinding machine promotes the grinding action, and the mineral has no monomer dissociation and cannot be sorted.
Grinding technology efficiency and grinding efficiency are two different concepts. The efficiency of grinding technology is to evaluate the grinding effect from the perspective of the quality of the grinding products. The grinding efficiency is to evaluate the grinding effect from the perspective of energy consumption. The technical management of grinding technology efficiency evaluation and guiding grinding should be promoted.

Grinding Machining Parts

CNC Grinding is mainly used for finishing or semi-finishing, usually as the last or last few steps. Its advantages are high precision and high surface finish, but its cutting amount is small, the speed is slow, and the efficiency is low. Generally, the components is machined with CNC machining, wire cutting or EDM, etc. Grinding Machining usually includes surface grinding machining, cylindrical grinding machining and internal grinding machining. With the continuous development of technology and the continuous improvement of products requirements, more and more CNC grinding machining, PG machining and JG machining are used, and this type of machining is becoming more and more common, and the precision is higher than ordinary grinding.

SCZY has very rich experience in the production of Precision Machining Parts. We include CNC milling, CNC turning, CNC turning and milling, EDM, wire cutting and surface grinding, etc. We also have supporting Outsourcing internal grinding, cylindrical grinding, PG, JG and other high-precision machining.
