2.2 door program:
2.2.1 When the person entering the clean area opens the outer door, the electric lock of the inner door is automatically locked to prevent the unclean air in the air shower from flowing into the clean area. The air shower light is on.
2.2.2 After entering the air shower and closing the outer door, the voice prompt: "Hello, please stand in the induction zone." The system infrared sensor starts to detect if there is anybody. If someone is detected, the system will go into the air shower process.
2.2.3 Before the air shower is locked inside and outside the door, the fan starts to shower at high speed. At the same time, the timing of the wind splashing starts. Voice prompt: "Working, please rotate the body 360 degrees."
2.2.4 If the system does not detect the air shower room within a specified time after the outside door is closed, the inside and outside doors of the system are automatically unlocked and returned to the standby state. The infrared will continue to detect. If someone is detected, the inside and outside doors will be locked and the air shower will start. Wind shower.
2.2.5 During the air shower process, when someone presses up, down, and lighting switches, the voice prompts: "Working, please don't touch the switch."
2.2.6 In the process of air shower, when someone presses the emergency stop switch, the air shower will end. Press the emergency stop button again to cancel the emergency stop state.
2.2.7 After the air shower is over, the inner door is unlocked and the voice prompts: "Filling is completed, please exit from the back door".
2.2.8 After the personnel walked out of the air shower and closed the inner door, the wind began to flow at a low wind speed. After 10 seconds, the air shower was stopped and the original state was restored, waiting for the next use.
2.2.9 If the air shower is completed, the inner door is unlocked. The inside personnel did not leave the shower room at the specified time. The system default person may have left and automatically returned to the standby state.
2.2.10 After the lights are on, they are extinguished automatically if they are not triggered again within the specified time.
2.3 go out procedure:
2.3.1 Open the inner door, the outer door is self-locked and the air shower light is on.
2.3.2 When the person enters the air shower, closes the inner door, and the system starts to detect if someone is in the air shower room. If no person is detected within the specified time, the inside and outside doors are unlocked.
2.3.3 If someone is detected, the system locks the inner door when the person opens the outer door, and when the outer door is closed, the system returns to the initial state.
2.3.4 In case of special circumstances, personnel may choose to return to the clean area. The system waits for the personnel to open the inner door and the outer door is electrically self-locked. When the inner door is closed, the system returns to the initial state.
2.3.5 After the external door is opened, if no person is detected within the specified time, if the external door is opened first, the system will be transferred to the process of entering the clean area; if the internal door is opened first, the system will be transferred to the process of leaving the clean area. .
2.3.6 After the lights are on, if they are not triggered again within the specified time, they will automatically extinguish.
Three: Wind / cargo shower room maintenance
3.1 Precautions:
3.1.1 After the air/charge shower is energized, both doors are electronically interlocked. When the side door is not fully closed, it is strictly forbidden to open the other side door.
3.1.2 Do not open the door when the cargo shower is in the showering state (until the showering stops). In case of emergency, you can press the emergency stop switch to stop the shower.
3.1.3 It is strictly forbidden to open the front door after the shower is finished.
3.1.4 The air / cargo shower room is operated by a special person. After the blowing nozzle is positioned, the non-operating personnel should not shift it easily.
3.1.5 The top pressure relief valve must not be sealed during installation.
3.2 Maintenance:
3.2.1 often wipe the wind / cargo shower room, keep the interior clean.
3.2.2 It is recommended that the primary effect filter be changed once every month, and the replacement period can be appropriately extended or shortened depending on the actual use.
Note: To replace the initial effect, first remove the air inlet panel at the lower part of the air shower, pull the primary filter out of the box and replace the filter material. The tool used is a 5-inch Phillips screwdriver.
3.2.3 When the blowing speed is significantly reduced, high efficiency filters need to be replaced.
Note: When replacing the HEPA filter, remove the nozzle panel inside the air shower and remove the high-efficiency bead and replace the HEPA filter. The nozzle panel uses a 5-inch Phillips screwdriver; the loading and unloading high-performance presser uses a 14-inch open-end wrench.
Note: High-efficiency filter materials are easily damaged, please pay attention
