By tightly surrounding the high temperature characteristics of summer production, we carefully investigate bottlenecks that restrict production. Firstly, the four cold water towers in the cooling system of the urea system were cleaned one by one to improve the heat transfer coefficient of the evaporation system and optimize the operational indicators. Secondly, the work of circulating water dredging, algae removal, and water cooling to remove the moss was organized and improved. The utilization of cooling and heat transfer effects; In addition, to strengthen production and low-cost work, in-depth energy-saving activities in the production system, with advanced production companies as benchmarking, refinement of process indicators, consumption indicators and output indicators.
It is understood that the company has carried out strict inspections of activities that restrict production problems in the summer, and a total of 87 cooling towers, cold-exhaust heat exchangers and other cooling devices have been cleaned, the process indicators have been stabilized, and a good situation of high production and low consumption has been realized. In June, the company produced a total of 40,000 tons of urea, completed 107.9% of the monthly plan, and achieved a urea ammonia consumption of 584 kg/ton, a 2% decrease compared to the same period of last year.
