Recently, the Yinchuan Municipal People's Government issued an urgent notice regarding the prohibition of the introduction of automobile sales and after-sales service companies in development zones and industrial parks.
According to the city's overall planning and control planning, the Yinchuan City Government approved the planning and construction of a large-scale automobile trade and trading center in the eastern part of the Xingqing District, and has officially listed the land for sale. In order to maintain the unity and seriousness of the city's overall plan, comprehensive and effective implementation of the overall strategy of urban management and development, avoid duplication of construction, vicious competition, and prevent illegal changes in the nature of the land, Yinchuan City decided the development zones, industrial parks ) Districts must not introduce commercial items that are owned or accompanied by automobile sales and after-sales services (including 4S shops), and are negotiating and all projects that have already been introduced are immediately withdrawn. Projects that have already started construction are immediately suspended. Every project that is planned to be introduced in development zones and industrial (park) districts belongs to or has a commercial nature such as automobile sales and after-sales service, and must be reported to the Yinchuan Municipal People's Government for research and overall arrangements. For those that have not been strictly implemented, Yinchuan City will stop the examination and approval of all planning and construction and land use projects in its jurisdiction, and investigate the responsible person's responsibilities.
