From September 22 to October 14, 2014, the Hubei Provincial Environmental Protection Department and the Huanggang Environmental Protection Bureau conducted on-site inspections of 36 enterprises including Hubei Yingshan Enran Automobile Accessories Co., Ltd.
After investigation, Yingshan Enran Automobile Accessories Co., Ltd. did not apply for environmental assessment procedures, did not construct pollution control facilities, and failed to pass the environmental protection “three simultaneous†acceptance. The electroplating workshop has not built a sewage treatment facility, and the wastewater is discharged directly into the underground seepage pit through the pipeline. The acid mist collection and treatment facilities were not built in the electroplating workshop, and the ground was not treated with anti-seepage treatment. The pickling wastewater is not collected and is discharged directly into the underground pit with the production wastewater. Hazardous waste has not been built into the temporary storage place for hazardous waste collection, and has not been processed by the processing qualification unit.
