On August 12-14, the 2015 Green and Efficient Processing and Forming Technology Seminar for Engines and Key Components was held in Beihai, Guangxi. Former deputy dean of the Institute of Mechanical Science, researcher Qu Xianming, vice president of the Institute of Mechanical Science, and researcher Shan Zhong, 70 experts, professors, and mechanical science and technology workers from Germany attended the meeting. Liang Qingyan, vice president of Yuchai Co., Ltd. and vice chairman of China Machinery Manufacturing Technology Association, attended the meeting and made a report.
Digitalization, intelligence, greening and integration have become the focus of this conference and the development trend of China's manufacturing in the future. At the report, Qu Xianming made a report entitled "Made in China 2025", clearly depicting the grand blueprint for China's construction and manufacturing power, systematically expounding the action outline of China's implementation of the first decade of the manufacturing power strategy, and analyzing the current The shortcomings in manufacturing, the opportunities and challenges they face.
At the meeting, Liang Qingyan gave a report titled “Lightweight Manufacturing of Key Components of Enginesâ€. He introduced the experience and achievements of Yuchai's green manufacturing from the perspectives of lightweight research and development, process and manufacturing technology of engine parts.
The meeting also discussed numerical control technology, three-dimensional digital technology, automatic detection and analysis technology, parts processing technology, tool management, and internal combustion engine manufacturing.
After the meeting, the experts and professors attending the conference went to the Yuchai headquarters in Yulin, Guangxi, and visited the production workshops of the new product trial production center, foundry center and Wufa factory of the manufacturing technology department.
The conference was hosted by China Machinery Manufacturing Technology Association and undertaken by Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. and State Key Laboratory of Advanced Forming Technology and Equipment of the Institute of Mechanical Science.
