· Chevrolet will push 20 new cars in the Chinese market

Last Wednesday, the Chevrolet brand announced that it will launch more than 20 new and redesigned models in the Chinese market by the end of 2020.

It is understood that the Chevrolet brand will launch 30% of new cars in China, SUV models account for about 30%, and the new models launched in the Chinese market for the first time account for about 50%. The new car will use a range of advanced, efficient and powerful drive technologies, including small displacement turbocharged engines, diesel engines, hybrid and plug-in hybrid technology.

At present, Chevrolet has some new cars officially unveiled in the Chinese market, including: the new generation of flagship sedan Mai Rui Bao XL, the first hybrid car Mai Rui Bao XL full hybrid model, the new Cruze, Kovaz and the sixth generation Comalo .

Alan Batey, president of GM's North America and global Chevrolet brand, said: "The Chevrolet brand will continue to strengthen its strongest lineup in the history of the Chinese market. In the next few years, we will launch a number of new models. The new car will be equipped with a range of cutting-edge technologies that will greatly improve driving safety, handling performance and fuel economy."

In 2005, the Chevrolet brand officially entered the Chinese market. After 10 years of development, as of now, the cumulative sales of SAIC-GM Chevrolet has exceeded 5 million, and the total number of dealer networks exceeds 600, covering more than 200 cities and regions across the country.
