On July 13, 2015, Dana Holding’s board of directors appointed Mr. James K. Kamsickas as the new president and chief executive officer. The appointment will take effect on August 11, 2015. Mr. Camskes has more than 25 years of global automotive industry and business experience. Under his leadership, IAC is actively expanding its business globally and has established new production facilities and/or technology centers in China, India, Japan, Malaysia, South Africa, South Korea and Thailand. Since the initial integration of Lear’s Interior Systems Division and Collins & Aikman formed the basic corporate structure, IAC has completed 15 strategic acquisitions in key regions of the world and has grown. As a multinational company with more than 32,000 employees and more than 100 offices worldwide, its 2014 sales amounted to US$5.9 billion.
Mr. Camskes was formerly head of Lear's interior systems division and has previously held several leadership positions at the organization, including General Motors, Vice President of Ford and Chrysler Clients, and Lear Chair, Electrical.
