Yunnan promotes the creation of "two-type" enterprises

The Yunnan Provincial Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Provincial Department of Finance, and the Provincial Department of Science and Technology have jointly issued notices and issued plans for the implementation of resource-conserving and environmentally friendly enterprises (hereinafter referred to as "two-type" enterprises) in the province's industrial enterprises.
The notice clearly stated that pilot work will be carried out in key industries, a number of advanced models will be established, practical experience will be summed up in time, and the industrial sector and most enterprises will be guided to adhere to conservation and clean development and accelerate the transformation of industrial development methods.
The province has proposed the main objectives for the establishment of “two-type” enterprises in the past two years: Prior to 2012, a group of enterprises will be selected in key industries such as chemicals, steel, non-ferrous metals, building materials, etc. After two to three years of pilot projects, each industry will be established. 3 to 5 model enterprises; form a resource-saving, environment-friendly development model and basic ideas for the pilot industry; study and determine the “two-type” enterprise evaluation standards and indicators system in different industries.
