6.Using gantry type mechanical structure, using high-precision servo motor, low-noise high-precision ball screw and high-precision heavy-duty linear guide as transmission parts, improve the mechanical strength and rigidity of the whole machine (eg: straightness tolerance of gantry beam ≤±0.05mm, the verticality tolerance of loading slide bar is ≤±0.1mm, which increases the service life of the machine and the accuracy of the test data, effectively reducing the operating noise;
7. And uses a 7-inch well-known brand touch screen as input control, so that the operation control is more humane and concise; and has a power outage memory function, automatic recovery test after restoration of power supply, test data before power failure will not be lost;
8. According to the client's required file format, the printer prints out the test results, increasing the credibility of the test results and the persuasiveness of the test data;
9. Set up I/O (input and output) intelligent monitoring function: It can monitor any problem occurring in the running part of the equipment during operation of the whole equipment at any time. The buzzer alarm prompt and follow the text to explain the cause of the problem make the instrument maintenance more convenient;
10. Roller end brackets have also been improved over older model testers. Circular heads have been used to eliminate the risk of inaccurate loading forces when the roller end supports are pressed against the mattress.
